Since graduation in agriculture sciences, Sakchai has been working and practicing agroforestry, first as apprectiship with Wiboon Khemchalerm, and later on by himself.

He is the founder of Wanakaset Network (Thai Agroforestry Network) and currently serve as Chairperson of the Self-Sufficiency Economy Farmers’ Federation of Thailand.
