Gregory was first introduced to Permaculture in Nepal at Hasera farm in 2006. Shortly after he moved to Pun Pun farm in Thailand where he met Jon Jondai.

He now operates an agroforestry farm, Panya Forest, with his wife, Ramphai Noikaew that focuses on the culture-building aspects of Seed Saving, as inspired by indigenous, land-based communities throughout the world.
