Nao Suzuki

Nao Suzuki is an educator and researcher who practises and studies design for the flourishing of all living beings. An associate professor of sustainability at Musashino University, he teaches permaculture, regenerative thinking and dialogue-based co-creation, tracing the thinkers behind today's sustainability movements. In 2006 he founded greenz.jp, a web magazine on regeneration.

Since 2016 he has been active in Transition Town in Isumi, Chiba, building local entrepreneur networks and a community currency, and he co-founded and runs the Peace and Permaculture Dojo for young learners. On campus, a student zero-waste project he supports led to water refill stations across the university.
