Where you will stay
Conference, Pathum Thani
Museum dorm (Conference Plus): 4 nights, shared bathroom, for adults and youth 13 to 17 with an adult. Children under 13 cannot stay in the dorm. Beds are limited to 150 and allocated first-come, first-served as payments arrive. Prefer a hotel, or travelling with younger children? The One Hotel in Pathum Thani is our pick, and you can contact us for help finding local accommodation.
Convergence, Wang Nam Khiao
Camping on site with all communal meals included. Bring your own tent free, or rent one: 2,000 THB (1-person) or 3,500 THB (2-person), full duration with bedding. Prefer a bed? Veravian Resort and Baan SuanPlearn DaRaHomestay are nearby; book direct.
How registration works
1. Have questions or want to know more? Add your details below, just your name, email, and the events you are drawn to. It is free, commits you to nothing, and we will help with whatever you need.
2. Know your party and which events? Complete the booking form for everyone in your group. We email a personalised invoice with your totals and any discounts.
3. Pay by bank transfer (Thai or international via WISE) to Green Net Cooperative, Kasikorn Bank, SWIFT KASITHBK. We do not take credit cards or cash.
4. Email your receipt to [email protected] and your place is confirmed.

Volunteer rate
Discounted registration in exchange for vital volunteer work during the event. Email the coordinator to apply.
Group delegations
Coordinating a group? You are fully eligible for the 10% discount when 5 or more paying adults register together. You arrange your own internal travel.
