Pathum Thani
Just north of Bangkok. Stay on site in the Museum dorm, or at the hotel next door.
Two events, two areas. Sleep on site, or pick a place nearby, with a map for every option · 6 to 15 November 2026
IPC16 happens in two places about three hours apart, so where to stay is really two decisions. Pick a base for each event you are attending.
Two ways to stay, both right at the Golden Jubilee Museum of Agriculture in Pathum Thani.
A 4-night shared-bathroom dorm right at the venue, included in the Conference Plus package. For adults and youth 13 to 17 with an adult; under-13s cannot use the dorm. Beds are limited to 150, first-come as payments arrive.
Prefer a hotel room, or travelling with younger children? Our pick, right next to the venue. Book direct. If 30 or more delegates stay here, the hotel arranges transport to the venue; otherwise car-pools are easy.
One very large site, so drive to the pin and IPC16 volunteers at the entrance will point you to parking, the dorms, and the main hall.
Camp on site for free, or book a resort nearby. Resorts sit 5 to 15 km away, so book early, as rooms for our dates can open and close, and staying near each other makes sharing transport easier.
Camping on the grounds, shared bathrooms, and all communal meals included. Bring your own tent and bedding free, or rent one for the full stay.
A container-house resort tucked into the Wang Nam Khiao hills, a short drive from the venue.
A larger resort set against the Khao Yai hills, with rooms confirmed bookable for our dates.
There are no ride-hailing apps out here, and resorts are 5 to 15 km from the venue, so the easiest plan is to cluster at the same places and share cars. If you are staying off site, tell us where and we will help match you with others nearby. A shared coordination group for travel and rooms is on the way.
Suan Loong Choke Bamboo School, a remote valley in Wang Nam Khiao, about three hours northeast of Bangkok.
The two venues are about three hours apart, so we run an inter-venue bus. It leaves the Museum on Tuesday morning, 10 November, for the Convergence, and returns to Bangkok on Saturday afternoon, 15 November.
