A celebration of local abundance, with the best from the museum's nationwide network of farmers and makers. It is the museum's monthly Sufficiency Economy Market, gathering farmers and local wisdom-keepers from across Thailand to share organic produce, herbal remedies, traditional food and the know-how behind it.

The festival of light, water and gratitude. In this Thai tradition you float a small candle-lit basket, a krathong, on the water to give thanks and let go of the past year, and you can make and launch your own.

Wanakaset: Forest Agriculture and Self-Reliance

Visit Wanakaset, the home of Pooyai Viboon, to learn and practise the use of Thai herbs, cooking with perennial vegetables and forest gardening systems, then continue to Suan Loong Choke.
