Origins

Origins, also written Origins Co-op, is a platform cooperative that enables smallholder communities to trade regenerative supply on their own terms. Its first origin is the Wanakaset Symbiosis Network in southern Thailand, described as Thailand's first Community Enterprise Network and founded by five community enterprises practising integrated agroforestry across a living landscape.

Origins is built and stewarded by a core team of four cofounders, including Luke Smith and Michael Commons, working in close cooperation with the farmers of the network. Luke and Michael are both co-leads of the Regenerative Rubber Alliance, which they have co-led since 2022.
