PermoAfrica Training Center
PermoAfrica Training Center is a community-based permaculture and regenerative agriculture initiative in Homa Bay County, western Kenya. Working with smallholder farmers, youth, women, schools and vulnerable households, it develops practical, low-cost solutions for food security, ecological restoration and sustainable livelihoods through hands-on learning and demonstration systems - community gardens, food forests, keyhole gardens, aquaponics, composting, tree nurseries and water harvesting. A key part of its mission is capacity building: training farmers, youth groups, women's cooperatives and community organisations in regenerative agriculture and ecosystem-based farming, and supporting learning exchanges and collaborative community development.
