Thai Organic Consumer Association (TOCA) is a network of consumers and businesses who have interests in fostering organic society by partnerships between organic farmers, consumers, businesses, and relevant stakeholders.

Realizing the growing interests in organic products and markets and important roles of consumers and businesses in supporting the developments, TOCA was, for the first time in Thailand, founded in 2020.
