Anuthida “Karn” Moolnam

Karn grew up on a rice farm in rural northeastern Thailand, absorbing an early fluency in subsistence farming, plant knowledge, and foraging that now underpins her work at Feun Foo Permaculture & Rewilding - the 8-rai forest garden she co-founded with her husband Dave in 2018. A passionate seedkeeper and self-described 'jungle chef,' she brings hands-on expertise in traditional food plants, herbal medicine, and indigenous ecological wisdom to everyday life on the farm, where the couple practice a form of primitive permaculture aimed at year-round food sovereignty and ecosystem restoration.
