Terra Incognita co-founder designing educational and cultural landscapes
Santhila Chanoknamchai, known as Orm, is a co-founder of Terra Incognita and a landscape designer exploring permaculture through landscape design and planning. Her practice focuses on educational, cultural and experiential landscapes, working with ecological processes, biodiversity, natural cycles, and human and non-human relationships.
Since 2024 she has integrated these concepts into the Oneness Bilingual School campuses in Nonthaburi, Nakhon Pathom and Pathum Thani. Inspired by The Harmony Project, her work translates ecological principles into spatial experiences through earthwork, water, planting and time. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design from Chulalongkorn University (2020, first class honours with Medal of Excellence) and was a research assistant on the Mae Moh post-mining study at Chula Unisearch from 2020 to 2023.
