The Ecoversities Alliance is a trans-local, community-led network of learning practitioners from around the world, co-founded by Manish Jain and committed to re-imagining higher education to cultivate human and ecological flourishing. Rather than a formal organisation, it describes itself as a large circle of friends and a 'mycelial' web - an ever-emerging tapestry of learning (and unlearning) spaces, projects and relationships that honour place, local economies and ecologies. Its work explores what education and learning can look like when they are in service of life, spirit, earth, ecologies and territories, unfolding through trust, mutuality and a growing web of relationships nurtured through its gatherings and beyond.
