As a Vitality Coach, over 30 years learning and practising holistic health across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, I help people and organisations design self-care and healthier environments. We do it as private and group courses, workshops and coaching online and in-person.

I love learning, living and sharing anything and everything that helps us to be Happy, Healthy and Free – 3 Vitality essentials. Regenerative lifestyle, medical freedom and permaculture principles are important parts of the Vitality Project.

Our Vitality Project Ecoversity integrates SuperFood Nutrition, Holistic Detox, Functional Movement, Bioresonance, and Mindfulness under the signature framework of Detox, Nourishment, and Flow. Our guides are Curiosity, Courage, Compassion and Critical Thinking.

I firmly stand for human dignity and freedom in the face of the Great Poisoning agenda, a part of Control vs. Freedom Omniwar. The Vitality Project is all about creating what we want instead of fighting what we don’t want. We direct our energy into solutions. It’s more fun too!

My professional background is strongly related to human health as well as the health of the planet because early on I realized that they are not separate. As I dug deeper into the roots of health problems and their solutions it was impossible to ignore the role of food, water, air and eco systems. So, quite naturally I started to learn more about nutrition, soil, ecology and bioenergy.

As a Nutritionist I am passionate about real food. My “Ethics of SCOBY” presentation is about fermented food and kombucha as ambassadors for meaningful nurturing connections between people and nature. As a Permaculture Designer I help integrate Green Building into the modern architecture projects.

I hold a PDC from Panya Project (2013), where we designed Gaia Ashram with Om and Tom. I have been an active participant in Thailand Permaculture Convergences, and am part of the organising team for IPC16 Thailand 2026.
